Talks with the DPRK on suspect underground construction will resume in New York December 4 and 5. After a break on December 6, the two sides will continue in Washington, D.C. December 7 and 8 . The U.S. delegation will be led by U.S. Special Envoy for the Korean Peace Talks, Ambassador Charles Kartman. The DPRK delegation will be headed by Vice Foreign Minister Kim Gye Gwan.
