Notice To The Press
November 30, 1998

Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs Frank E. Loy will speak Tuesday, December 1, to the American Association for the Advancement of Science on U.S. international family planning policies and related issues. The title of his speech is "Women, Population, and Science at the New Millennium." The Under Secretary, who joined the Department last month, is scheduled to speak at 9 a.m.
