On Wednesday, February 24, there will be a background briefing on the forthcoming trip by Secretary Madeleine K. Albright to China, Thailand, and Indonesia. The briefing will be held in the State Department Press Briefing Room at 2:15 pm. Remarks will be attributable to a senior State Department official.
