U.S.-Africa Ministerial on Partnership in the 21st Century
Opening Plenary, Tuesday, March 16, 1999

On March 16, President Clinton and Secretary of State Albright will participate in the Opening Plenary of the U.S.-Africa Ministerial. The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Loy Henderson Conference Room, and is OPEN PRESS COVERAGE.

Pre-Set for Cameras: Camera crews should arrive at the C Street Lobby beginning at 5:30 a.m. and will be escorted to the Loy Henderson Conference Room. Set up must be completed by 6:30 a.m.

***Room will close at approximately 6:30 a.m.

Press Coverage: All press should enter through the 23rd Street entrance to register for the conference and receive identification badges beginning at 7:15 a.m. ALL PRESS MUST BE IN PLACE BY 8:45 A.M.
