On the Record Briefing:
The Integration of ACDA and the Department of State

John Holum, Acting Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security Affairs, and Director of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency (ACDA), will brief the press ON THE RECORD on the integration of ACDA and the Department of State, which is effective on April 1, 1999. The briefing will take place on Wednesday, March 31, at 9:30 a.m. in the State Department Press Briefing Room, room 2118.

Following brief opening remarks, Mr. Holum will respond to questions from the press.
