Inauguration of Djiboutian President-Elect

Witney W. Schneidman, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, will represent the United States of America on May 8 at the inauguration of Djiboutian President-elect Ismail Omar Guelleh. Mr. Schneidman will present the congratulations of President Clinton to Mr. Omar Guelleh for his election and for the success of the democratic process in Djibouti.
