Deputy Secretary Talbott met with the Ambassadors of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia on May 17. He reaffirmed the commitment of the United States to the principles of the Charter of Partnership, including the full integration of Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania into all European and transatlantic institutions. The Deputy Secretary said that he looked forward to participating in a rescheduled Partnership Commission meeting at the earliest opportunity.
