They are being facilitated by Treasury Deputy Secretary Stuart Eizenstat, the President and Secretary of State's Special Representative for Holocaust Issues. The Austrian delegation is led by Ambassador Ernst Sucharipa, Special Envoy for Property Issues, and Ambassador Hans Winkler, Chief of the Legal Department, Austrian Foreign Ministry, and includes government and business representatives. The victims' side is composed of plaintiffs' attorneys and representatives of Jewish groups, including the Conference on Jewish Material Claims and the Austrian Jewish Community.
