The Career Development Resource Center Library

The CDRC Library is a self-help, walk-in resource. It includes: books, pamphlets, newspapers, news-letters and audio and video tapes covering such topics as self-assessment, career information, personal growth and life planning, job hunting strategies and management development. Many resources may be borrowed.

Computer Station Resources at CDRC

  • Quick and Easy Federal Jobs Kit, a DataTech software program that helps you fill out and manage the OF 612, SF 171 and Federal Resume.

  • Connection to the World Wide Web.

  • Microsoft Word 6.0 for resumes and correspondence.

  • O*NET, an interactive database, developed by the US Department of Labor, that provides information about worker characteristics and occupation requirement for more than 1000 occupations.

  • A wheel-chair accessible computer station is available at CDRC
