United Nations Relief and Works Agency Near East Various PRM supports the travel of five Palestinian youth to the Seeds of Peace summer camp, which brings Israeli and Palestinian youth together in the northeast U.S. for a 3-week session of discussion, group-building, and constructive leisure, with the ultimate goal of fostering lasting attitudes of peace and tolerance among communities in the Middle East. International Committee of the Red Cross Europe Balkans To provide protection, emergency food and non-food supplies, water, health, hygiene, social welfare for refugees and IDPs in Albania, Macedonia, Bosnia, and the FRY. CY 99 $15,000,000.00

CARE Africa Kenya PRM has recently contributed funding to CARE in support of CARE's Refugee Assistance program at the Dadaab Refugee Camp in eastern Kenya. PRM's contribution will support the cost of both local and refugee staff to operate the camp, train refugee workers, upgrade in the water and sanitation facilities in the camp, and intensify programming in women's and children areas. 7/1/99-6/30/00 $1,499,614.00
International Organization for Migration Europe Switzerland Payment in support of the Tax Reimbursement Agreement between the USG and IOM. CY 999 $515,000.00
The Tibet Fund South Asia Various PRM supports the Tibet Fund for its efforts to assist Tibetan refugees by providing medical care, housing, food and education at various locations in India and Nepal. 5/15/99-5/14/00 $1,924,400.00
International Catholic Migration Commission Europe Albania PRM funds will assist the Commission in providing social services to refugee populations in community centers and in home-stays focusing on children, youth, women, and the elderly, as well as services, shelter and programming for extremely vulnerable individual refugees. 8/1/99-11/30/99 $159,770.00
United Nations Office of the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs Worldwide Various PRM's contribution to OCHA is for a variety of purposes, including support of field coordination units in Tajikistan, and the Great Lakes, support of the Military Civil Defense Unit and Relief Web in Geneva, and support of a reserve fund for field coordination unit in Georgia CY 99 $1,835,000.00
