The Secretary of State's Web Site. You can access directly all the speeches, testimonies, interviews, and other remarks by Secretary of State Madeleine Albright under "What the Secretary Has Been Saying" at: http://1997-2001.state.gov
You may also send your opinions on foreign policy to secretary.state.gov. The Office of Public Communication, Bureau of Public Affairs, reviews all emails sent to this address and responds on behalf of the Secretary.

To Obtain Foreign Policy Information via CD-ROM: Dispatch as well as the comprehensive collection of speeches and testimonies by senior State Department officials are available on U.S. Foreign Affairs on CD-ROM (USFAC). USFAC also provides a wealth of other information, such as Background Notes and reports to Congress, in a searchable format.
