The Secretary of State's Web Site. You can access directly all the speeches, testimonies, interviews, and other remarks by Secretary of State Madeleine Albright under ãWhat the Secretary Has Been Sayingä at: http://1997-2001.state.gov
You may also send your opinions on foreign policy to secretary.state.gov. The Office of Public Communication, Bureau of Public Affairs, reviews all emails sent to this address and responds on behalf of the Secretary.

This report was submitted by the President to the Congress on December 30, 1998, pursuant to Section 1601 of the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998, as contained in Public Law 105-277. Foreign Relations Series. The Department of States released the last microfiche supplement documenting foreign policy of the Kennedy administration, which supplements three Foreign Relations volumes: Vol. X, Cuba, 1961-62; Vol. XI, Cuban Missile Crisis and Aftermath; and Vol. XII, American Republics.

State Department Electronic Reading Room. The Department's electronic reading room web site, which was mandated by the 1996 amendments to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), uses new information technologies to enable access to unique historical records of international significance that have been made available to the public under the FOIA or as a special collection. Geographic Learning Site (GLS). The Geographic Learning Site has been completely updated and now contains even more information in an easier-to-read format. Two all-new sections on El Salvador (with a photo gallery) and the rain forest have been added, as has new information on El Nino, La Nina, wildfires, and other current geographic issues.
