THE U.S.-MEXICO BINATIONAL COMMISSION (BNC)

A compilation of information released for the Binational Commission Meeting, to be held in Mexico City, Mexico, May 6-7, 1996. The BNC is a unique forum established by the two countries to allow for regular exchanges on a wide range of issues critical to U.S.-Mexican relations.
