Focus of Trip:
Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright will travel to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on October 22. On Monday and Tuesday, October 23-24, Secretary Albright will attend meetings with senior North Korean officials, including with Chairman Kim Jong-Il.
On Wednesday, October 25, Secretary Albright will travel to Seoul, Republic of Korea, for meetings with senior South Korean and Japanese officials.
