Focus of Trip:
Secretary Madeleine K. Albright will accompany President Clinton to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders' Meeting being held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei, November 15-16. She will depart Washington, DC, on Monday, November 13.

While in Brunei, Secretary Albright will participate in President Clinton's bilateral meetings, and will hold separate bilateral meetings with foreign ministers attending the APEC Ministerial.

Alan P. Larson, Under Secretary of State for Economic, Business and Agricultural Affairs and Acting Deputy for International Economic Affairs at the National Economic Council, will lead the U.S. Delegation at the twelfth APEC Ministerial Meeting in Brunei November 12-13.

Secretary Albright will depart Brunei for Washington, DC on Thursday, November 16.
